When ordering, be clear about which products you would like, how many of each, or if you require custom designs. Also let us know how we can reach you. We reply to enquiries as soon as we can.
Once you have confirmed your order we require a 50% deposit of the total order value (excluding shipping costs). The balance must then be paid on completion/collection. We accept payment in Mocambique Meticais, USD or ZAR (current exchange rates apply), bank transfer or local bank cheques.
Most of our popular designs are on display in our Vilanculos gallery and are available for immediate collection or delivery. However, more complex orders can take from 4 to 8 weeks to complete. Our products are handcrafted and require time to be created. We will indicate in our reply to you, what time frame to expect for despatch of your order. We can arrange and offer advice on local, national or international shipping and deliveries.
